2022 Rotary Exchange Student Send-off
May 6, 2022
Kayla, our guest during a meeting of ours held on May 6th, will be going to Japan (in August 2022) as a Rotary exchange student for her entire junior year. She will be going to a school just north of Tokyo. We gave Kayla a Thorndale-Downingtown Rotary banner for her travels that can share with her local Japan RC club when she arrives.
Making Christmas Brighter for Families in Honey Brook

The Thorndale-Downingtown Rotary Club donated toys for the Honey Brook Food Pantry. We focused on the older kids that are usually overlooked during gift drives. Merry Christmas!
Donation to Parkesburg POINT

Outgoing President Conor Smith and member Evelyn Samuels dropped off a donation to Executive Director Dwayne Walton at Parkesburg POINT. We’re grateful for people like Dwayne, his staff and the organization like The Point who have dedicated themselves to empowering youth and their families.
